These two love birds just got engaged over the Thanksgiving weekend. They are not only an adorable couple but personal friends of ours. When Graham first contacted us about creating this stunning custom ring we were thrilled. As usual, we kept it between us and waited till now to celebrate! Graham and Ashley first saw this style ring during their travels in Europe. Graham wanted us to custom make the same ring using platinum. He came in to our downtown Portland shop to look at stones with David. Once the stones were chosen, we went into building the wax. Graham had given us a few weeks to work on this but was hoping to have it in his hands by Thanksgiving weekend. The Friday following Thanksgiving, after their families both had a beautiful dinner together the night prior, Graham proposed. He woke Ashley up early Friday morning by sliding the diamond three-stone ring on to her ring finger. She awoke to his proposal.
Later that evening, Ashley's son noticed the ring and asked about it. Ashley explained that it was a gift from Graham and it meant he wanted to be part of their lives forever. Her son replied with excitement. He asked Graham when he would be moving his toys in. We are so thrilled and honored to be part of this moment. Congratulations to Ashley & Graham!
